🧹 Cleaning Fee on Moving Out

Always Charged

When moving out, a cleaning fee will always be charged regardless of the apartment’s condition.

  • A UR representative will inspect your apartment before finalizing the move-out.
  • Based on this inspection, a cleaning fee will be calculated.
  • This fee is deducted from your deposit.
  • The remaining deposit will be returned to you within one month after your move-out date.
  • If the cleaning fee exceeds your deposit, UR will issue an invoice for the outstanding balance within one month.
